If you love your morning oatmeal, you will love this recipe. It utilizes the great fiber of oats and the tropical blend of orange juice, raspberries and pineapple for a sweet, tart finish. Fat free yogurt and a touch of honey give it a creamy goodness. How can you not have a good morning with this sunshine smoothie?!

Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup strawberries or raspberries
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple bites
- 1/4 cup low-fat or fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
