Nutritional and satisfying...great to drink anytime

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Blueberries, (frozen for thicker smoothie)
1 cup Strawberries, (frozen for thicker smoothie)
1 Banana, (optional)
1/2 cup Peaches or Mango, (only if Banana is not desired)
1 cup Vanilla or Honey Yogurt, (Greek style for tartness and creaminess)
1-2 cups Orange Juice or other fruit juice, (amount depends on blender)

Directions

  1. Combine frozen blueberries, strawberries and other desired fruits into blender. Blender should be no more than halfway filled with fruit.
  2. Add 1-2 cups of orange juice, apple juice or pineapple juice to blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more orange juice depending on the strength of your blender.
  3. Add yogurt to your smoothie and push down into mixture with spoon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour smoothies into two large glasses and serve with a straw. Enjoy!

     *Hints
    Frozen fruits make smoothies thicker
    Yoghurt make smoothies creamier
You need to adjust the amount of liquid depending on the fruits
Honey is a good natural sweetener
When you buy bananas , peel them, slice them, put in a sealed container and freeze. Then you can just take out a few chunks at a time and your smoothies will be colder and nicer flavored.
