  • 1 cup(s) vinegar
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 4 tablespoon(s) cayenne peppers
  • 1 pound(s) chicken wings
  • 4 teaspoon(s) chili powder

    Chicken Wings Directions

    3. In small bowl, mix vinegar, water, and cayenne pepper. Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Add chili powder to a small dish and dip chicken in chili powder. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes turning halfway through. Serve immediately with some homemade buffalo sauce or Frank\'s Original Red Hot Sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound(s) sliced cooked steak
    • 2 part(s) sliced onion into rings
    • 4 part(s) cloves minced garlic
    • 4 cup(s) beef broth
    • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
    • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 1 part(s) liquid aminos

    Beef French Dip Directions

    1. Preheat pan over MED heat.
    2. Add onions and garlic.
    3. Cook 5-10 mins. until tender.
    4. Add broth, thyme, and pepper.
    5. Bring to boil.
    6. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 mins.
    7. Add steak and return to boil.
    8. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 mins.
    9. Serve steak and onions with the au jus and a couple splashes of liquid aminos.

      3. Place chicken parts in a large shallow baking pan. In saucepan, melt butter; stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Brush glaze over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1-1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown. Baste chicken frequently with sauce while baking.
