Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Blueberries, (frozen for thicker smoothie)
1 cup Strawberries, (frozen for thicker smoothie)
1 Banana, (optional)
1/2 cup Peaches or Mango, (only if Banana is not desired)
1 cup Vanilla or Honey Yogurt, (Greek style for tartness and creaminess)
1-2 cups Orange Juice or other fruit juice, (amount depends on blender)
1 cup Strawberries, (frozen for thicker smoothie)

1/2 cup Peaches or Mango, (only if Banana is not desired)
1 cup Vanilla or Honey Yogurt, (Greek style for tartness and creaminess)
1-2 cups Orange Juice or other fruit juice, (amount depends on blender)
Directions
- Combine frozen blueberries, strawberries and other desired fruits into blender. Blender should be no more than halfway filled with fruit.
- Add 1-2 cups of orange juice, apple juice or pineapple juice to blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more orange juice depending on the strength of your blender.
- Add yogurt to your smoothie and push down into mixture with spoon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour smoothies into two large glasses and serve with a straw. Enjoy!

You need to adjust the amount of liquid depending on the fruits
Honey is a good natural sweetener
When you buy bananas , peel them, slice them, put in a sealed container and freeze. Then you can just take out a few chunks at a time and your smoothies will be colder and nicer flavored.
