Decorating the front door to celebrate fall

We always get pumpkins and decorate for the season as well as put up decorations. Yesterday we went out and got the pumpkins and set them out by the door. This weekend we will have the time to carve them and roast the seeds. Mmmm

I made this wreath and added one of those cinnamon pine cones so it smells really good

 the tiny cute pumpkin is a pie pumpkin, when I get a chance I will bake it into a pie.

 It's fun to have decorations everywhere, makes you happy when you go into a room. The smells of pumpkin candles and lotion.

We could just let the fall season come and go but why, it's so much fun to decorate and with pumpkins they can be a part of the thanksgiving season as well. WHat is Thanksgiving without the pumpkin? :-)  enjoy
