Chicken Wings
This is a low calorie Chicken Wings as found in our HCG 500 calorie diet cookbook. New tastes for chicken wings. Low calorie and great!

Recipe
- 1 cup(s) vinegar
- 1 cup(s) water
- 4 tablespoon(s) cayenne peppers
- 1 pound(s) chicken wings
- 4 teaspoon(s) chili powder

- In small bowl, mix vinegar, water, and cayenne pepper. Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Add chili powder to a small dish and dip chicken in chili powder. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes turning halfway through. Serve immediately with some homemade buffalo sauce or Frank\'s Original Red Hot Sauce.

Beef French Dip
This wonderful classic French Dip is a great, low calorie option for lunch or dinner.

- 1 pound(s) sliced cooked steak
- 2 part(s) sliced onion into rings
- 4 part(s) cloves minced garlic
- 4 cup(s) beef broth
- 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 part(s) liquid aminos
Beef French Dip Directions
- Preheat pan over MED heat.
- Add onions and garlic.
- Cook 5-10 mins. until tender.
- Add broth, thyme, and pepper.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 mins.
- Add steak and return to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 mins.
- Serve steak and onions with the au jus and a couple splashes of liquid aminos.

- 1 cup(s) butter
- 1 cup(s) honey
- 1 cup(s) dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon(s) curry powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt

- Place chicken parts in a large shallow baking pan. In saucepan, melt butter; stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Brush glaze over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1-1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown. Baste chicken frequently with sauce while baking.
